What’s the recruitment process?

Our recruitment process is not just our way of determining whether you're the right person for a specific role. It's just as important that you get a sense of whether the job, and Telenor as a company, are right for you. To check for a match, we take some selection steps together – as described below.

  • It’s really cool that you want to work with us! All job openings are listed above. You can apply by registering a profile in our Workday recruitment system. We do not accept applications sent by email. 

  • We always seek to give clear and rapid feedback, wherever you are in the process. As we approach our final decision in the recruitment process, we aim to let you know as soon as possible. 

  • Happy to hear that you want to apply for several roles – that's no problem! Apply for all the roles you're interested in, and for which you have the required knowledge and experience. Your applications will then be reviewed in relation to each specific role or service. A good tip is to match your application to the role you're applying for, for example by highlighting knowledge and experience relevant for that specific service.
