Can I use the data and the calls/texts/mms included in my subscription or prepaid card if I stay permanently in the EU/EEA?

No. We comply with the EU regulation regarding international roaming, which means that you can use your subscription or prepaid card just as usual when you are temporarily in the countries that are part of the EU/EES. But not if you are staying abroad permanently.

This means that if you use your subscription or prepaid card more abroad than in Sweden, it is considered abuse and Telenor has the right to take measures. This will be announced in advance via a text message.
